Processing Times

Orders typically take 2–4 business days to process before they ship.
During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.


Standard Shipping

Standard delivery arrives within 7–14 business days after your order has been processed.
Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary due to: Your location, Weather conditions, and/or Carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to begin appearing.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or delivery issues.


Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Any future shipping fees (if applicable) will always be shown at checkout before you complete your order.


International Shipping

At this time, EquiHeat™ does not offer international shipping.
We do plan to expand soon — stay tuned for updates.


Order Modifications

If you need to update your shipping information, please email us at EquiHavenSupply@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once your order enters processing or ships, we can no longer make changes.


Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at EquiHavenSupply@gmail.com.
We will resolve the issue quickly and may request photos or additional information to assist with carrier claims.
